Physical bodywork – addressing the “issues in the tissues”, as it were, – plays a vital role in my treatments but I also look to use it as a tool to introducing you to breath and the basic tenets of leading a more considered mindful life.
Pain is often a physical manifestation of some mental stiffness or psychological pain that we can too often forget to address entirely. Combining touch with an inner-awareness through breathwork is a wonderful introduction to an entirely new approach to the world that will help you lead a more peaceful life.
